Tears are meant to cleanse our wounded hearts and souls! Remember, Jesus also cried, I imagine He cried in the Garden and on the cross as well as at Lazarus's death. I cry and then my head clears and I can think, pray and go on! Keep writing, talking and cry when you need to. Bless you,
