Taxes don't fuel corporate profits. Corporate profits fuel taxes. The lower the tax rate, the more money stays in the economy where it can create jobs and fuel personal and corporate income, and the more income is generated the more tax revunues are generated by it.

and if it is indeed taxes, taxes isn't all that fueling corporate profits
layoffs, lower wages, fewer benefits for workers -- outsourcing to $1/day labor forces in foreign countries, dipping into the retirement pool, automation.
etc.

But of course you'll never read about it in the lamestream media, eh? Or if you do, it will be buried some place deep within the bowels of the Sunday paper.
