Seasonal Peepers
Hi Everybody:
I just picked up a local magazine in which the Leaf Peepers calendar has been carefully placed.
In addition to Bluegrass music there is advertised a Cornfield Maze in a regional park. They say you can navigate an 11 acre maze with ten- foot tall cornstalks. Doesn't that sound great! I wonder if the gobblins hide inside the maze and attack your car? Mybe attack your psyche, This could lead to corn withdrawal or popcorn addiction! Who knows.
I like the term "leaf peepers " and never hear that until a recent trip to Vermont. It makes sense that we are peeping at the beautiful leaves.
It is raining tonight - flooding on some nearby roads has caused some concern and the local Football Games have been cancelled. What will the fans do? Play in the water I guess, could be uncomfortable since the temperature has dropped 10 degrees.
Glug, glug, I feel rather wet, better go get a towel.
Have a great Friday evening fun chums,
Thanks for reading,
Nite
Lou
