I'd prevent the assassinations of several key figures from recent history. JFK, his brother Bobby, Malcolm X, or King. I believe the world would be much different if either of all these men lived longer.

I would make all sane adult human beings feel accountable for their actions
which, I believe, would cure us of most of our ills as a species. No one could do anything irresponsibly if they had the weight of accountability on their shoulders, could they?
So many of the things we do, we allow ourselves to do, and rationalize away the guilt. It won't get better for us until we start taking responsible actions. Just my opinion.
