To go to the blog's editing page, click "Write" (in the top-right corner of the page), and click "Edit" next to the name of the blog.
On the blog editing page, you can add a new post; read the blog; change the name, description, category, or display settings; or create a new blog.
You can also edit or delete a post, or delete a comment made on a post. To do this, scroll down to the post you want to change. You will see a set of links immediately below the post.
You can also delete the entire blog and all of its posts. To do this, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Delete this entire blog".
