Yes, I've seen one. And heard one fired.
It was at my ex-boyfriends, mothers, fourth of July picnic several years ago.

Scary thing is, I think I remember seeing that episode!
Don'tcha just loathe those stupid "YOU WON" emails? How 'bout the horrible shaking ads stating you've won something or that there's something wrong with your computer when on a certain website? Do people still really fall for that crap?

Whacky...
We have one in a park close by.  I use to climb around it as a child.    I should and could take a picture of it for you.  I don't promise but I'll try in the not to far future.

Whacky

I told my wife just today that nothing is free. It is a marketing ruse to either guilt you into buying something, or giving pesky telemarketers to hound you relentlessly for months.

I've seen fortifications along Cross Bayou in Shreveport, where Confederate soldiers used cross ties to look like cannons. Believe it or not, it repelled the Union forces who approached and saw them from a distance.

I remember sitting on a cannon, getting my photo taken when I was a kid..my father liked visiting war museums..Ha!

ha. I think it is because Cannon the printer is actually spelt: "Canon",
not "Cannon".

I don't trust all those emails giving away free stuff. There might be a catch to it.

I've seen cannons before at old forts. Of course, they are no longer functioning.
