She's become quite the celebrity of late, MC. She's either been on or
been the topic of at least a dozen shows in the past week or so. Personally, I had never heard of her (which I am ashamed to admit, considering my propensity for gathering useless information about anything and everything). I actually watched her on (I believe it was) 20/20. Funny and unassuming and cute.

I know Rachel from the Food Channel and like her show, although I don't think anyone, and certainly not me, could put those meals together in 30 minutes, unless I had a couple of trained chefs doing all the
real work...
