I forgot to respond to your question, yes I definitely believe

Shams-i-Heartsong, I have missed you on the Religion
and Spirituality blog and decided to see where you are writing. This post is beautifully written and just reading it brought inner peace. Have you ever been hungry and then decide to not eat but wait for several hours until you really feel the hunger that some people endure daily? It helps to remember hunger. I will visit again.
