I didn't know what the fuss was about
until I read these comments. Then i went and read it again. Yep you are right, it sounds dodgy.
If you are exercising but still lacking in energy you might consider that your diet isn't enough to support the nutrients needed to exercise (I read that in a magazine yesterday). So yeah, a suppliment might work (maybe not ejaculoid thought) how about a stress vitamin? I also read that when you are exercising you need that pasta. Do you eat pasta?
