Mysteria, it doesn't matter if this is you talking to yourself, or a real
friend talking to you. Real friends tell you the truth, but do it with kindness, and hopefully, say it privately, so you don't get your feelings hurt. I hope you can learn to be a good friend to youself, like I'm trying to be to myself, as well. (take care of that wrist)

Last night my best friend and I sat in a sacred circle around a fire and
affirmed that we are good at setting boundaries, created a writing group (of physical bodies!!) to write and then discuss writing, and we decided that we are free. That is my mantra for today. I am free. Free from other people's approval or disapproval, free to soar to any heights and limited by nothing, free to make good choices for myself....FREE!! I feel so good. Today is the most powerful day of all. Burn the sage and git to it!!
