actually bush

is taking his cues from Orwell's 1984, where people were kept supportive by a series of constant wars, first against one "enemy" then against another.  The people had no way of discerning whether or not that was true.

same here -- news media have been so cowed by "patriotism" that all you  hear is the Bush line.

but we are "coerced" into supporting the Iraq action by a number of propaganda tools:  the lies about WMD's that are still being told, the big one about "We fight them over there so we don't have to fight them over here (let's hear a huge guffaw on that one)".

the agenda is hidden -- way behind the scenes are the puppet masters who, like the Wizard of Oz, concoct a scenario that favors them.  Bush is just the hollow mannikin dressed to suit the display his owners want.

we are told one thing, but the reality is something else entirely.

actually Hitler and Stalin might go down in history as not holding a candle to the Bush propaganda -- they had an audience that didn't have a choice.  The American people have a choice and yet are falling for the propaganda.
