I agree with Hugh and Julia in a sense
Everybody pay to be on Blogit and it is there choice. Of course there will be people you don't like and there will be people you do like. Do not read or comment on the people you do not like and keep on reading the ones you do like. Do not try and ban them out of the Blogit world, they have every right to be here like the rest of us. Why (on this blue earth) would you want any blogger to leave Blogit when it's their input (and money) that brought you to Blogit in the first place?
Why ask for someone's opinion (by default whenever you post an entry) only to get angry or irritated whenver you disagree with the very opinions that you solicited through your post in the first place?
Sheesh...if you really want a "blog and let blog" atmosphere to prevail around here then stop spitting at one another over juvenile issues such as "I don't like him." Or "She called me names yesterday so I'm not playing with her today!"
If you don't like someone's comments to your blogs then block them from commenting. If you don't like someone's posts then don't read their posts. If you don't like a post after you've read it then just move on. (You don't even have to leave a comment.)
Whatever you do, don't "run people out of town" simply because they don't exactly match your worldview. Such a "our way or the highway" attitude represents the very epitome of American ignorance! "We don't like your kind in these parts. Now you gots until sundown to pack yer belongin's and get on the stagecoach leavin' fer Carson City."
Do you folks ever realize how much you resemble a swingset down at the local grade school?
Good Lord! Stop riding this lame mare into the ground. Give her a rest!

there are always going to be people we don't like and they fall into two categories: 1) those who have done or said something we find distasteful, hurtful, wrong, etc. and 2) those who have done or said nothing objectionable. Category one is easy to explain. Category two, I attribute to past life connections. BTW...I think you meant chalk, not caulk...lol.
