That is dangerous for sure...
here in Zambia they fine you K250 000 ($85) when they catch you on your cell while driving. The ear/hands free sets are fine and they promote that. You even see the local pedestrians that uses the hand free sets! Ha Ha

They haven't banned it here, but it would probably be a good idea
to at least ban the hand held. I agree with you, the ear sets would be ok, but holding a phone and driving doesn't mix.
