To me is, straightforward, nothing less than conviction
I consider addiction a weakness of the body and/or mind. But blogging can not be addiction in the real sense.  I am so convinced that it is a good thing to share feelings, principles, ideas, thoughts with others that I can't motivate myself to stop no matter how much I tried.  If the sharing is rewarded also, the better it gets. Yet, I am open to advices about organizing thoughts. Blogit works like a brain stormer to me, and from all the possibilities I am not sure that I always pick the best. People like you do help us sort things out and are very helpful. Thank you for being at bloggit.

Not so much blogging as an addiction
as writing being the true addiction, getting ideas from the mind solidified on paper (or screen).  For instance, I have written many blogs here, and also have a ball virtually daily on the Newspaper's site in my home town:

Sparkling Diversity

Sorry about the plug, but it illustrates that the words seem to flow endlessly; is that an addiction?  I don't know.  Is breathing?

Hi Straight forward

I have just completed a  book and I would like you to have a look at it for 2 reason.

1. I'm a member of an e-publishing company and we're looking for talented writers to publish see my site www.e-bookpublishing.info

2.There's a section in my book that addresses addiction

let me know your thoughts, cheers

I've discovered lately that it isn't just you who is addicted, straightforward.  Perhaps I should disconnect this computer and learn to live in the real world again.

Straightforward, Well, I definitely am fixated upon my computer, especially emails, blogging, internet search and even solitaire type games when I have something on my mind that I need to mull over.  Blogging is only a part of it for me--but it is an important part.   I wonder what life would be like for me without my computer.  I know I would be tempted to make little trips to Kinko or the public library.  LOL

A feeling of panic over the possible loss of Blogit?
Sounds like an addiction to me.  =)
