If service people are trying their best, I try to overlook any little mistakes they might make. Serving the public can't be easy. I have experienced a little of it waiting on people in my own shop.

I can't stand people like that!! My friend owns a small coffee shop, and every once in a while, I witness this there. Once, a guy walked in yelling and screaming and swearing at whoever was on the receving end. I wanted to tell him to leave...Instead, I kept my mouth shut and watched him make a complete fool out of himself!!
Don't let this woman ruin your day. Have a great one!!...
