And it makes it real handy if you're going to be on a radio program
and can check that person's clock to see when it starts.

Symph & SW, I'd like more bloggers to get the clock too. I love knowing
what time it is where they are and can never work it out, especially with all the time zones across the states.

Talion, I understand that thinking
and I agree that it will do its very best to keep its fingers in the cookie jar. I'm just wondering how it will do so. The world is changing, borders are losing their definition, and the market is now world wide.
How much control will the U.S. have around the whole world?
Here's an example. I haven't been keeping up on the topic so I don't know if still applies but a while back the U.S. was holding up stem cell research. Other countries aren't. I have a brother who has a young son with diabetes. He says that he keeps track of what other countries are doing because they will have the science right before we do and when they get it right, he's going to take his son to that country for treatment.
How will the U.S. Government stop that?

The potential for profit will keep Uncle Sam on his toes. Wherever and whenever the right people profit, you better believe Uncle Sam will be there, lumbering bureaucracy and all.

Way to ruin my plans for my 90th birthday.
"I'm sorry, we can't light the candles SW, the methane levels are too high today."
Passion, maybe we'll find a way to adapt.

I don't believe the human race will still be around in 50 years
The
Permafrost is melting at alarming rates, which releases methane gas when it melts. Human can't breathe methane gas.
