I know the scene you're talking about, in which Tim Robbins' character manages to coopt the warden's office for a few minutes in order to broadcast that music over prison loudspeakers. He spends time in solitary for it, but he considers the risk of solitary to be worth the few minutes of beauty he and the other Shawshank prisoners enjoy.
Shawshank is one of my favorite movies.

kidnykid, I loved that scene in the movie where the beautiful music was being played over the loud speakers. I would watch the whole movie again, just to see that part.
