Yes. One think I do now when I buy milk in those
plastic jugs, is I turn the jug upside down to see if anything leaks out first. You'd be really surprised how many of those things are not sealed well.

i don't even want to know what's happening inside the eggs that have sat,
long past due date, on the refrigerator shelf, waiting to be thrown out.

You may not believe
this, but my Dad and brother used to let milk go sour and then drink it when it was lumpy! I never could though! Different horses for different courses!

Whacky, had one just the other day that completly separated on me.   I wonder if I could have poured it into some cheese cloth and hung it up and made some kind of cheese out of it.  LOL.  I'm not very good at keeping up with milk.  Even had some chocolate milk do the same thing.  I had bought it for my son because he said he hadn't had it for a long time and then he never did drink any of it.

Not long ago in our dimly lit kitchen I had a late night bowl of Cheerios,
later on decided to have a mug of tea.  When I poured the same milk into the mug, all these curds floated to the top, curds I'd obviously not detected in my cereal an hour or so previously.

Yuck.

Sometimes, I make yogurt from fresh milk but have never tried the sour milk option. Lol.
