I think the depression part is true with most everyone. It's hard to manage your time when you are unmotivated to do anything.

Sunny, I do a lot better than I used to, but I go thru stretches when

it (time management) goes right out the window..(one of the reasons I took today off to get some things done before tomorrow's surgery for Liz)

if I'm depressed, time management is a lost cause.

That sounds seriously funny! I can imagine you rushing around to get things done. LOL
I also engage in this every once in a while.

I need to have a management coup in that area of life.

I try and do things
as quickly as possible. This frees up a lot of time to do what I enjoy - like commenting on your posts.

I take things as they come . I don't feel worried about time management .
If you are keen on doing something , I feel ,time is no factor.

There is never enough time when you can't stay focused.  I have a hard time staying focused, most of the time.

Nope. And, I won't wear a watch.
And, I'm late often.  I'm pretty sure I have anxiety too.  I guess I won't be making the perfect people list this year. Too bad, I really thought I had a shot when I started working from home and nobody could see if I was late to work or not.  Take care

time management
I am the worse, there is never enough time, but then again I fart around a lot.  A scatter desk a scatter mind

I could picture you doing this. LOL

I try
Somedays are better than others.  Between the crisis of a preteen, working for a non-profit, having deadlines for the current project and a husband whom I spoil way too much , there are days that time goes out the window.
