I would say they would check it out...but I just found out that one of my favorite quirky reality shows, Family Plots, on A and E didn't check out the principals involved in the show. I've been waiting for it to come back on, and it was popular so I figured something was wrong. I just found out that the guy who runs the funeral home featured front and center on this A&E series actually did time in prison. He has a major sleezy background. They didn't check. It's not difficult to find out that someone did time in prison!
I think they'd know if you were writing nicely about it. Everyone goes nuts during the planning. You'd have to be almost split personality writing it. Wait, maybe that IS up my alley. :)

It's for a wedding publication, and I've seen publications do "a day in the life sort of thing." I've seen so many of these "diary" sort of things that it seems normal to me.
Still, planning a wedding is about the WORST time to be out there in public letting people get to know you. Most people are not nice, they cry all the time, etc.

I was just thinking that. Heck, I'm finding I can write fiction. I've already found out I can LIVE fiction...so writing it should be a good bit easier, right?
