One of my few disappointments with President Bush is that our first MBA in the Oval Office han't been able to do more to bring such a philosophy into practice within the gummint.

We'd be better off
if even the
government stopped acting like the government. Wasting billions while accomplishing nothing has been par for the course since the New Deal.
