ahhhh that is so very sad Tanga.....so sorry to hear that...
losing precious memories like that must have been/is heartbreaking...I too lost precious photographs, documents and such....three times in a space of something silly....I now always back up...just in case....
you made me laugh about backing up your mind...that is a neat idea...I need to borrow your drive for mine...LOL

Hi there - reading about you losing some files on your computer, reminded me of the time when we just got a digital camera and saved photos on the computer but didn't back up and our computers crashed and we lost everything and my husband already formatted the digital. We lost all the birth photo's of our daughter. That was absolutely heartbreaking and I have to try and remember those photo's now from the files in my head.
Hope I would be able to back up my mind!

Thank you all so very much for your lovely comments.....
although I lost my documents on the computer....I never really did as I had them all backed up....which was great.
avant and ginnieb.......my son is ok thank you so much for asking, he has Exzema which is not curable, or controllable, because it flares up with dust, change of air and so on.....all I can do is do what I have been doing, which is creaming him up to five times a day and creaming him with steriod base two times aday, bath him twice a day and use bandages of a night.....it is a lot to do, but I would do anything for him to be as comfortable as can be.....my poor little baby.....it is so horrible when it flares up!
