Fasten your seat belt, we're going to try and follow Sly Cy's reasoning.

True enough about OJ, but the comparison falls apart at a glance. Read it again, Cy - there never were charges re Plame, because there was no basis for them.

The deal they gave Sandy Burger after he destroyed classified documents from the National Archives to protect Bubba before the 9/11 Commission was pretty crappy - not for him, but for the rest of us.

So there are few judges left from the Carter, Reagan, Bush 41 and Bubba years.

Oh, I get it! George W. Bush appointed the majority of justices who were on the Supreme Court immediately following the 2000 election so he could become President.
Hey, Cy! Presidents don't appoint judges until after they're inaugurated! F- in civics and a double Emoticon Hammer for that one!

It's hard to argue with people who believe conspiracy theories
any proof that contradicts what they believe, they just dismiss as being part of the conspiracy.
Both Armitage and the people who revealed that he was the leaker are war critics who aren't that fond of Bush, but they ignore that.
