Isn't being upset
part of a relationship blog. When I started my journal blog, the caveat I put out there is that I'm notorious for destroying diaries/journals because when I'm in the bad spots you're talking about, I feel guilty after I see what I've written about the time/space I"m in with the person...so I end up deleting or ripping the page out.
If you can still write "through" it, I would think that would be an incredible accomplishment. I'll have to take a look at what you're doing there.
Of the blogs you do, which is easiest and which is most satisfying. And, of course, why? Do you see it all as a cathartic thing in the personal sense (for the relationship one) or a way to learn to write about something that is so close to you (very hard to do).
Sorry for asking so many questions on this. I'm always interested in how people think. It makes me step back and look at my own stuff.

most the time I have the thoughts pop in my head and try to get to the computer to posts them, and other times if my mind is empty ,I wait and try to think of something to blog. Its usually short but sweet. My relationship blogs about love is written from the heart for a certain man and my thoughts come from how I am feeling at the time about him. He keeps me very confused and right now I am upset with him so I am not writing about him.

That is an enormous amount of time
I check in and out while I'm doing other things. I'm checking writing boards/job boards, etc.
Lilane, when you sit down to blog, do you physically sit in front of the keyboard, then consider what you're going to write, or maybe read what is going on and then write based on that? I do a lot here, but the fact is I've always written in my head while I'm doing other things. The articles I wrote for national magazines ranged in the 1500-5000-word range. I would work in my garden, clean the house, etc...and it didn't look like I was writing, but the process goes on in my head before I ever sit down to the keyboard. When I hit blogit to post something, it's because something is already there and if I don't get it out of my head it'll get in the way of me doing other things. It's very fast and furious.
I'd be curious to see how others approach the process. I'm getting from you that you almost have to carve out time, then sit down and do write something. There's a real premeditation to that. When I'm on deadline for articles I have to do that. With this, I wait until it's spilling out of my head.
