Synchronicity strikes back. My friend Bailey and I were just talking about this. I am experiencing almost constant racing thoughts these days and would like to stop them, but am convinced that if I am able to just accept them and allow them, they will vacate the premises immediately. LOL Whew, now at least I have new things to obsess about, like not thinking bout the white bear. Love to you my dear. :)
