People usually do better just by starting to keep track.  "I don't want to write that down so I'm not going to eat it."

yes...the harder you work this week, the harder you'll have to work next week.  Did you ever have one of those classes that was graded on IMPROVEMENT?  I had a typing class like that...so you know we all typed our slowest on the first test just to get a headstart on the final.

I tried some pumpkin seeds today and it helped a little...I'm not at all hungry tonight, but overdid it around breakfast/lunch this morning...probably...I think I'm going to have to start writing down what I eat everyday again soon.
