Wiley you are so right. We can do without them, they should keep out of our
business.

I say get out of everywhere, and I mean Canada too. Hey, if they like the cultures they've got in those other places, leave 'em to it.

If you think about it, we habve enough resources in Canada and the U.S.A. to survive without even oil from outside.

I say slam the doors shut on  all the problem people from elsewhere, look after our own, and let them look after theirs.

Charity begins at home.

Crap, is it our fault Arabs didn't discover America?

Justi, we try to help everybody that gets into trouble.  We need somebody to take care of us for a change.  There is more happening here all the time that needs fixing and somebody better pay attention to them.  I'm afraid of what my grandchildren will have to endure.

I agree with you. I don't think it is selfish to exercise the addage: Charity begins at home. We need to get our own house in order. We have illegal immigration problems, people still in need of homes from the fires, the hurricanes of two and three years ago in Fla. We are going all over the world helping and we have few workers in this country now to foot the bill.

I know it sounds selfish, but we need to leave policing the world to someone else. We have too many internal problems here that need addressing. And, it is disheartening to see a person like Nagin in charge in New Orleans. The man is a charlatan. Governor Edwin Edwards was in office when I lived in La. He is now in jail on numerous charges of theft and criminality. It seems the whole state is very corrupt.

On the one hand, we cannot allow terrorism to run rampant. But, we have gone too far by trying to control a country that obviously is out of control and getting ready to explode in a civil war. I often wonder if we will just pull out and let things take their course there.
