Thanks. Yes, that was the appeals process I just went through. I could probably appeal again to a higher court or something, but this second one was my best shot...according to statistics.
My son's father thinks that I should appeal again, because I have more problems now than when I had my hearing nine months ago...but I just don't know that I'm up to go through this crap again. And I don't think my lawyer would either.

Plan B....try to figure out something, God knows what, that I can do from home?

Hi Sunny...that is a bummer. Do they have an appeals board.

You know with our corrupt govt. in order to get disability I believe you have to be half dead! One of my friends is going through the same thing and he is definitely disabled yet they keep turning him down. Just another reason that I hate our F**cking govt. Seriously, there are lawyers that can help you...I'm sorry to hear this, so what's plan B?
