It's a travesty what they did to Pluto; it's still a planet in my book. Okay, I have a slight quibble; if you check my record on Blogit, you will find that I am not a quibbbler; I believe in peace, cooperation and harmony. I want to be a supportive force, not one of contention. That said, I have seen, with dismay, how the reference to the dog and hunting has been distorted when it was taken out of Texas and the South where it originated. It has been bastardized and turned into white bread: The correct phrase is - That dog don't hunt! And there is a particular inflection that accompanies it. Anything else.......well......it is painful to hear! MoonSpirit

Poor Pluto...
So misunderstood as a heavenly body...an oddball...a misfit...always a little on the edge of everything...and now utterly marginalized!
Well, I just hope things don't get really goofy for Pluto. I mean, Jiminy Crickets! What sort of Mickey Mouse outfit decides these things anyhow? It's almost cartoonish!
