Shams- i - Heartsong, I think maybe the love of which
you speak is self love. Your confidence and trust in your ability to believe you could resolve this conflict could have come from the love and respect for your self to not allow others to control your life even in face of danger and violence. Your inner strength is your source of courage displayed in this situation. Keep writing...  faholo
