I eat 20 carbs. When I want to lose weight, for a week or two to drop a

I LOVE VEGETABLES..
I just love sugar more..
when I geet gassy from too much food, I just (I feel a need to whisper here) go for a walk alone, outside or in the basement on the treadmill and let the gas be free! ... if you get my drift.

and you are one of the reasons I started this plan I did read one of your blogs and others have been talking to me, I just threw off my system and I have a fuse everyday and exercise twice a week.

I've been wrting a blog about health and weight loss lately-
It's been a great discussion. You can gradually alter your diet to include more green veggies, more fresh fruit and protein. You should also add about 20 min per day of exercise...aerobics or Pilates.
Drink plenty of water. Be sure to take a good multi-vitamin and some calcium. I usually drink one of those energy drinks each day, like Fuze, Sobe, or Monster.
