That's my intent....
the land there is now sky high! I mean, a home and 20 acres can bring a million..........I bought back in the 70s when Californians didn't know it existed..........sadly it is becoming Californicated........last year I went into a Pizza place and asked for a sausage and hamburger pizza....she said their pizza didn't have "red meat" on them......I had to ask......the owner was from California...

That's wonderful Corbin. If I didn't live in Colorado I would seriously
consider Southern Utah or even Northern Utah for that matter. The first time I went to Moab as a teen I was the only brunette there in the entire town. I stood out like a sore thumb. Last time I was there, there were more brunettes! LOL So, in ten years we will be neighbors huh?

I own a 15 acre tract of land just outside of Moab.....
I hope to be living there in 10 years......I love Southern Utah! Nex summer I will be taking a large group out there to stay for a week in Moab....use it as a hub to hit the National Parks out there....(22 day trip overall)

Wow Corbin.....that's a beautiful pic. Since Utah is right next door to us
we spend a lot of time in Utah. Have your been to Moab, Bryce Canyon, and or Zion National Park. These are three of my favorite places and are absolutely breath taking. Yup, the West is the best! Thanks for sharing!

How is that an interstate rest area?
Where's the Starbuck's? And, the Arbee's?
We drive to the National Zoo once a month, so we have to stop at the Chesapeake rest stop along the way.
P.S. Those mountains are really beautiful, however.
If I were in a lynch mob,
I think I'd try to stay near the back.
That way, if somebody shamed us into disbanding,
I could sort of slip off to the side,
and pretend I was just window-shopping or something.
