Naaaah maaate I'm blooody a bloody aussie .... strewth... talkin like a bloody pommie.. I don't even like cricket. Actually I don't have such a strong drawl except, according to my girlfriend, when I'm talking to one of my brothers on the phone or when I go down to my old home state when, I think, hearing a stronger accent triggers the latent aussieness in me.

Sparked me out of a coma.
Rob, this is deep thinking.  It's past 1:00 a.m. and I was in a vegetative state of mind due to a very light romantic flick..Just Like Heaven {Reese Witherspoon and Mark Ruffalo}.  You've got my mind spinning.  What about my little island? What if Castro would've set up a democratic government?  If I had stayed in Cuba, would I have learned English any way?   I would probably have a bigger Cuban accent.. ala Ricky Ricardo. It just dawned on me, you have an accent -- kind of a British accent -- that's super cool!

What if  Cuba would have been the 51st state?!     I better start counting sheep...  Melody
