I'm not really "blocked", Troosha ...

I just don't like to waste the "good stuff" on the weekends.

That's one way to look at it, anyway, Bhaskar.ing ...

Oh, I see, fourcats ...

That would be fitting, I suppose, seeing as one time, he held my care bear hostage for several days.

You have, Kingmi? Really?

I guess you'll need to fill me in, then (on what you learned).

P.S. I have no idea what your blackberry has to do with anything, however.

posted by Mademoiselle on August 21, 2006 at 12:25 AM | link to this | reply

No kidding
You write nothing and attract such interest.  Gotta love that!  The block will pass....

posted by Troosha on August 20, 2006 at 3:42 PM | link to this | reply

Mademoiselle,
Hats Off to you you for something you don't write anything at all and getting so many comments, including mine too. That's really really fantastic, and very creative.

posted by Bhaskar.ing on August 20, 2006 at 6:13 AM | link to this | reply

the plan is to plaster the neighborhood with lost posters with a picture of
your brother sleeping with his bedtime buddy.

Mad, I learned a lot about you from reading these comments today.
On the blackberry I don't know the select and background function, the computer is in the basement where I should be, but I am stuck on the couch listening to a new discovery: "Deep Tracks" on XM Radio.

Do you mean you really don't need the clicks, or you don't need my stinking clucks?

posted by kingmi on August 20, 2006 at 1:09 AM | link to this | reply

Thank you so much, fourcats ... I'm not sure I quite understand the plan, however.

I'll have to read it over when I'm actually awake (it's 3:30 AM here).

posted by Mademoiselle on August 20, 2006 at 12:34 AM | link to this | reply

dear mademoiselle;

during these last couple of days, days that have seen me torn with self-doubt and acid reflux, i had a thought.  about your brother and how you might be able to prank him back.

does he sleep soundly?  'cause i'm thinkin' you could take a picture of him sleeping with an outrageously childish toy of "imaginary friend" caliber.  blow up the photo and make posters saying;

MISSING

HAVE YOU SEEN "PEE"?

REWARD

give height, weight, eyecolor, last seen wearing ( make it obvious it's the human that's missing)

goes by the name "pavel"

please return if you find him, i miss my cuddle buddy.

Now, I'm just worried, marieclaire, that I'll never be able to top this one.

Maybe, I should just retire from Blogit, and quit while I'm ahead.

this is the most exciting post I have ever read. absolutely riveting!

Thank for the no-post
it leaves me rather non plussed
and here me looking for inspiration.

Hell it is so hard to come up with new stuff everyday, I must say I do struggle sometimes and you know how gooood I am.... not.

I write almost all my posts upon signing in, TAPS-, so I find myself staring blankly into a vast  empty space on a semi-regular basis.

Hey, Darrke, even the best of us need to take the day off every now and then.

I don't think Diane is in the book. The author dislikes gossip  behind the back so people will have to enquire directly and hear it from the horse's mouth.

I try not to get too caught up in that sort of stuff, Blanche.

posted by Mademoiselle on August 19, 2006 at 2:59 PM | link to this | reply

The proof is in the blogging pudding, Mlle, you're a top contender for the
permanent spot of No. 1.   Not bad for an uneventful existence.

posted by Blanche. on August 19, 2006 at 2:51 PM | link to this | reply

I appreciate that, Blanche ...

I try to do what I can.

posted by Mademoiselle on August 19, 2006 at 2:49 PM | link to this | reply

Thank you, Ann ... I'm glad I could (potentially) be of some use to you.

posted by Mademoiselle on August 19, 2006 at 2:47 PM | link to this | reply

Eventful existences are highly overrated, Mademoiselle,
You do wonders with gnomes, attics and the occasional transient.

posted by Blanche. on August 19, 2006 at 2:46 PM | link to this | reply

Yes, actually, I had suspected that, penguin, but I didn't want to be impolite.

Just joking!

posted by Mademoiselle on August 19, 2006 at 2:46 PM | link to this | reply

Yeah, Blanche, one would assume I'd never run out of material ...

seeing as I lead such an eventful existence.

Won't help me much, Mason ...

I'm scared of motorcycles, plus seldom ever drink anything stronger than Sunny Delight.

That's ridiculous, ShutterCat.

I only take, maybe, 5 or 6 ... at the most.

Mademoiselle, you go from lesbianism and peanut butter to drawing a blank?

Talk about sixty to zero!  I have faith in you, that something will come up:  your brother's girlfriend Michelle, the attic, the gnome in your neighbor's yard, the attic (yes, I've mentioned that twice, but I thought it merited a second mention), the dead neighbor, Mrs. Whatshername, your mother, Manon. Nothing?

BTW, I remember that post you linked to.  The idyllic family outing, nature in all it's glory.  Still, nothing? Hm.

posted by Blanche. on August 19, 2006 at 11:35 AM | link to this | reply

Mademoiselle,
Okay, I got nothing.  But you can believe you've made me smile, again.  :)  Good luck getting unblocked.  :)

I can relate.. recall the drawing a few days ago of the blank
drfting table? ...maybe go ride your motorcycle and blow out the cobwebs... loosen up... maybe a couple of beers with Wild Turkey shooters... just some thoughts...
