I really liked what you wrote..
I don't know if you'll remember me, i changed my nickname from zabuissa to Mrs.B-25. you wrote to me about the diet and how to lose weight. I live in the gulf, so i don't really think you'll be able to help me with finding a doctor. However, i do drink more than 8 cups of water everyday (to the point where i have to go to the toilet almost every half an hr 
) how embarrassing especially when in public places. But anyway, i try to balance my intake of protein/carb/ and veg.. I've been trying to find 1 of those diet programs where i would lose the weight lets say in a week and then i can carry on with my regular food intake as i noticed that i've been maintaining my weight rather than losing it. Do you know what i mean? Thank you for helping me by the way.
