Self forgiveness is key to being able to reach beyond

If we remain in a state of guilt or self-bashing we also remain in state of solitutde.  We can't see the beauty, the wonder, or  the magic of the world around us. It's like being in a dark room and forgetting that all it takes to bring in the light is to open the blinds.
