I knew you'd drop that water weight quickly. You dropped 3 lbs. and went for your run! Awesome! And, you went even when you didn't feel like it. I think the inner reward is greater when we 'don't feel like it' Yesterday I went for a 1 hour power walk ~ alone. I tried to get my sister to come and she was too lazy. I wanted to be lazy too. But, I just made a decision to go anyway. And, I felt great all day because I forced myself.
