Mademoiselle,
I can hear that. I write the names in the back of my little moleskine book. I also write down other bad things that happen to me. About every three months I tear all the "bad" pages out and burn them. Thanks for the read and comment.

Hmmm .. there's an English slang word 'manky' which meas dirty, scruffy, stinking, unsavoury, disreputable ; stuff like that.
Was that the word you were looking for?

I hate, like, 50 people ... at least.
In fact, my "don't like" list grew so long, I just said, "Screw this!" and tore it up. I figured it's a lot easier to just list the 6 or so people I do like.
Maybe in order to understand mankind,
we have to look at the word itself:
"Mankind".
Basically, it's made up of two separate words -
"mank" and "ind".
What do these words mean ?
It's a mystery,
and that's why so is mankind.

Ariel,
Some sage advice from someone who has probably seen, heard, and lived a lot of things. I am able to just not like the people I don't like. I can go about my business in my usual manner.

Totum,
Very good point! Most of the time I can turn away, but sometimes it's very hard. Thanks for the read and comment.

Sarooster,
An interesting parallel to what I just posted...very interesting.
Someone I once knew referred to "those people" as "eaters". People who exist only to consume; like cannibals, they steal life from others in order to sustain the illusion that they are truly living. Best just to turn the gaze away from such people, and look instead toward the life-giving light.
