What a challenging diet you're having. Continued luck and success to you on that. Also, I hope you work out your marriage difficulties, too. I'm sorry that you're having troubles. I hope you feel really good after conquering that mountain with your sister. :)

I'm picturing you coming back down that mountain to find your scale stuck at 150 instead of 160! Great job...especially the no alcohol!!

Yet, somehow, I still feel sorta guilty.
He was the kind of man who was not ashamed to show affection.
I guess that's what I hated about him.
