Mysteria, here's another ocean analogy for you, tears are salt water,
they join the ocean, like streams to rivers, rivers to the sea. On days when your heart hurts from too much truth, give yourself a break from that particular truth, and let the tides carry you to a different shore. Maybe you need to sever some ties? I've had to confront a few harsh truths and it takes time,
Again, remember the beautiful things in the world.

We've all got truth that hurts us...
Just cry and try to move past it. Let it go. Don't allow it to hang onto you anymore.
