appreciate the support! No, my son is staying with my parents...they have a house on the lake with boats and quads and lots to entertain him. I am staying with my sister who lives in the Rocky Mountains in Alberta, Canada. We're planning a mountain climb excursion for each day. I can't wait to just work off some of this stress and be one with nature. They have a mountain right in their backyard! Very tranquil and therapeutic being here.

My thoughts are with you.
Get plenty of exercise, take long walks, rest a lot too. I'm sure you will feel better soon.
Your weight is the last thing you need to worry about right now!
Cuddle your son. Is he with you?
