Four days on a beach sounds like a great way to relax
until you add the part about a couple of rambunctious kids. I hope you've taken along shovels and buckets so they can build sand castles. That should keep 'em busy for fifteen minutes... :)

I am taking break for a week to one of the great lakes in Africa. It is the closest I can get to an ocean. I will be thinking of you with your kids as I will be running after a 2 and 4 year old.
