They won't listen to that crap,
unless he's got some legal paperwork saying he is a church, same as the one people like the Moonies, the Scientologists, and a dozen other nutbag groups have. Even so, virgin sacrifice was a religious practice of Aztecs, but I doubt the government would allow it, even if there were an Aztec left on the planet. After all, they won't let Indians do peyote anymore.
This guy deserves to be violated repeatedly by a gorilla before they draw and quarter his sorry ass.
