Straightforward,
I'm interested in hearing more.  I've had my credit limit lowered because of infrequent use of one of my cards, but I've never been dropped, or had the company reject my payments.  That's weird.  If this is your own situation, I hope it gets resolved in your favor.  Thanks.  :)

I have had payments declined and followed up with the credit card company to find out what was up. It was a card I hadn't used it a while and the charge was a large one, so they suspected fraud and declined it. Once I understood what was going on, I appreciated them looking out for me. If the card had been stolen, I would've wanted the charge declined.
