I Can See Clearly Now, if you haven't already done so. It may give you some insight into Liberal thinking. Basically, genuine debate is not possible with modern Liberals, because their thought process is very different from yours. The modern Liberal has a mental matrix against which he or she measures all inputs. Any incoming data that don't fit the matrix are rejected out of hand. Since everything is relative, facts simply don't matter.

Blinders
Without sounding harsh, it really seems like many liberals have blinders on. I've been in so many conversations with people possessing varying levels of liberal thought who, when they don't have an answer, just shrug their shoulders. They believe something sometimes without knowing why. How do you reason with a person like that?
When it comes to the spin, they all say the same things because the design of the attacks come from the same place, liberal thought, rather than individual thinking.
