Shawn...
My neighbors says he has only seen them spit once, and that was at a dog that was trying to chase them. They always come up to the fence when I talk to them. The smaller one is friendlier and will get pretty close. What you don't see is the fence between us. An odd thing, when my son used to ride his dirt bike in my field, they were curious at first, but then hardly paid him any attention. One day I was riding my twelve speed around the track and as I approached them I greeted them as always, and they went nuts, running, looking, I thought their ears were going to fly off thier heads. I guess it was too quiet for them.

Najwa...
They are a relative of the camel I believe. The young are very entertaining with thier uncoordinated attempts at running.
