Xeno-x - that is exactly what it is
A situation where all common sense is abandoned in favour of longstanding hatred and the desire to exact revenge.

pkcricket - I'm not a skeptic when it comes to biblical prophecy
"Skeptic" is too mild a word. There really is no such thing as a biblical prophecy, there is only the willful blindness of those who want so desperately for it all to be true. So much so that they are willing to overlook any inconsistencies in the so called prophecies that do not fit, or do not work. And then you have the very real danger of those who do buy into this nonsense, acting to fullfill events .....such as Hitler did. In answer to your question: no I don't find it interesting, I find it to be one more occassion where believers have switched off their brains and are lying to themselves.

You don't find it interesting that Israel is the only nation in history to be a country, then dispersed across the continent, only to be brought together and reestablished as a country in approximately the same location they inhabited hundreds of years earlier? I do...and that was prophesied in the Bible. That only came to happen in the 1940's...but the Bible's been around (if you're a skeptic) at least since 1611 (KJV).
