Astral, I'm going to have to get some honey.
I used to eat peanut butter and honey sandwiches all the time.  Now I'll have a peanut butter and honey wrap.

I like cream cheese and veggies
rolled in a tortilla...don't care for peanut butter much on anything, but I'd take it over tabasco sauce.

You sound like you are working really hard. Keep it up. It's always nice when someone notices a difference isn't it? The best person you can do it for is yourself though.

I saw on Cindy7's journal you had put on a pound. It's GOT to be muscle in your case?!!! You are working so hard. But obviously your shape is changing, if your wife noticed it.

I'm all for organic peanut butter in a wrap. It's full of good fat, protein, and wheat minus most the yeast. So, what's the problem? One of my mom's favorite sandwiches is peanut butter and dill pickle....make you feel any better?
