sannhet - it's hilarious isn't it?
I liked the Christian dating services. These adds are generated automatically by a computer program based on the keyword "god" found in the domain name itself. This is what the godless computer came up with.

Gome -
An add for Breast Implants on a "Christian"-themed domain name? Maybe the implants are filled with holy water?

Moon_Spirit -- that is a really well done gateway page
That link that you dropped demonstrates a premium traffic building, landing page used as a gateway to the main web site. There are also a few small PPC adds on that page to pick up a few pennies as people are passing through. A slick landing page is a great way to generate lots of web traffic. That would be job number 1 for this domain name. I send folks HERE now but appreciate that I have only owned this domain name for a few hours.

Justi - the eBay part of the plan might change - I'm still thinking on it
I have one problem with this domain name. Where I thought it was innocuous enough for a general market, I don't like the fact that the word "God" will not be capitalized when incorporated into a domain name. As old fashioned as that sounds, I can still feel the nun's ruler coming for my knuckles if I ever were so foolish as to not capitalize the word "God". Domain names are always presented in links as small case, no caps can ever be used in the domain name itself. This leans me towards donating this domain name to a native mythology web site, or at least to a beneficiary that will do the name proud. ....and where the word "God" in small case is appropriate.

This may all sound like the archaic thinking of yesteryear but upon occasion, it does not hurt if the rules of good taste are trotted out.

arGee - Is a premium name that I only paid the registration fee for.
Undeveloped it is worth $25-40 but may generate a few bucks from PPC adds revenue. It is on a madatory hold for 60 days, meaning that I cannot transfer it to a new owner until that time has expired. So I blog about it and try to cover as much of the $10 reg. fee as possible from adds revenue. Each click on this page  HERE is worth a 10 - 40 cents. Multiply this by about 20-25 domain names always in inventory and it almost makes blogging worthwhile.

That's really pretty funny Gomedome! Very well done! While not exactly in the same genre, one of my favorites has been http://www.bettybowers.com/ . I haven't perused it for some time but, Betty was always quite humorous and a real "Christian" entrepreneur. Moon_Spirit

Let me know when you put this on e bay. Please do a post and alert us. Surely this will bring as much as the Virgin Mary on a grilled cheese sandwich. BTW thanks for the mark in the believer's column. I hope you told the Main Man you put a check in there so He will leave it in case it is different ink of something. This is a fun post. I found I was giving you a fair amount of my reading money so I thought I might as well comment.

What is a domain name like this worth, Gome?
And typically, how long does it take to sell one on eBay? Just curious...
