You are a very gentle soul and I would not have you chime in on the extant disorder.

I think both are occurring at once. The more darkness is gathering, the more light comes forward and more opportunities exist. Would we even feel the urge to awaken, were things comfortable?

I am aware that there is an awakening in progress. The veil between the conscious and subconscious is growing thinner. I have always felt a need to help this process, as I have always been saddened by the conditions we are wont to call normal.

Thank you. I'm optimistic for our ability to awaken, but I'm less than hopeful for the condition of the planet.

A sense of fairness and justice can be achieved, but it is always short-lived and in constant need of revision. Sometimes, force is necessary to minimize loss, and in the wake of using force, loss is always felt. It is my hope that we can realize that what we witness are effects of effort, and justification for relinquishing the need to react to it.

Thank you. It seems a natural course to take, and I can practice my writing.

I loved Sannhet's comment so much, I'm just going to leave it there my friend.

Avant -
I like the message, but I don't see the world in the shape that you write about. I see it as even more opportunites to turn another toward love. Is it harder? You bet. But the reward is that much sweeter.

Avant...I agree the world situation looks rather bleek and it would be

easy to get depressed over it.  However, this is part of the Ascension process.  With more light coming onto the planet it is exposing the dark side of our world, and it's only going to get worse. It is the final battle of darkness and Light. Question...how much do you know about our planetary ascension? Great post as always!

AVANT

With the rise of more and more thinking people like you, we are already beginning to change the world!  Even so, it will still require time.  Keep up the good work!

Avant-Garde, it is very true that I am sick of reacting in old ways
trying to fill the void with excess, rushing to get nowhere faster is no longer anything I aspire to.  The urge to be in control and the will to personal power and wanting to see justice and right done are two different things, I believe.  One feeds the individual ego, the other strives to set the balance and record straight. Not all striving and arguing are in vain or to feed the ego.

Wise words, A-G. I like the way your blog's gone just lately, moving from
the philosophical nuggets of old to the newer, still philosophical, windows on your life and more expanded ponderings.

It is an insane world built upon the need to react.

No, never give up. Merely change our mind about what we see. Is it opportunity for something new to step in and say, 'I am tired of the old ways. They do not work.'

Yes, because I am the world.

I think I am referring more to our complicity on a subconscious level. The need to compete, be right, and take part on an individual level- that feeds the collective consciousness. This makes war possible. We drive our cars and throw away food. We worry about making more than the next guy, while people are starving. I think we are all guilty of it.

But, unfortunately, there come in droves, their lust for revenge heavy on their hearts.

avant-garde, there is a time for everything under the sun.   Apparently this is the time for deterioration.  We see where we are going and how fast we are moving in that direction and we are horrified by it, but we don't seem to be able to put on the brakes.   I seems that the best we can do is a collective [blog] scream.  But, I do not believe in giving up.

Avant, it seems that change of this nature is on an individual basis....we have so much difficulty in changing our own hearts, let alone changing the hearts of others....but, the irony is if each person will resolve to correct him/her self, then the whole world can be changed. Moon_Spirit

Avant-Garde, if we were all to examine ourselves and admit our own
complicity, I'm not sure I could live with myself!  That is, unless I didn't believe in redemption and second chances.

..well said... yes, if we could just stop... just stop the violence...
like the saying from the 60's movement... 'we if they had a war.. and nobody came...?'
